Prioritize sending emails to new leads over follow-ups

Reach out to new leads as quickly as possible by prioritizing new customers over follow-ups

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Follow-ups are prioritized over new leads by default. In other words, the system will first send all the scheduled follow-ups based on your campaign's settings before sending Step 1 to new leads, assuming there is still time left in the schedule and the daily sending limits (for the campaign and for the associated accounts) have not been reached. This helps ensure that the system follows your schedule and campaign settings as closely as possible.

You can prioritize new leads if you're on the Hyper Growth or Light Speed outreach plan by following these steps:

  1. Go to your campaign options

  2. Scroll down and click 'Show advanced options'

  3. Check 'Prioritize new leads'

  4. Click Save

  5. Then the campaign will prioritize sending Step 1 over follow-up steps.

You can add a limit for Max new leads to specify the number of new leads the campaign reaches per day.

  1. If 'Max New Leads' is set to 10, the campaign will first contact 10 new leads before sending any follow-up steps.

  2. If 'Max New Leads' is left blank, it is considered unlimited new leads per day. The system will check for available new leads and will only send follow-up steps when no new leads are available.

  3. If 'Max New Leads' exceeds the daily limit of the campaign, the campaign will only send Step 1 and no follow-up steps.

  4. If 'Max New Leads' is set to -1, the campaign will not contact any new leads and will only send follow-up steps.
