Reach out to new leads as quickly as possible by prioritizing new customers over follow-ups

Updated over a week ago

Follow-ups are prioritized over starting the campaign for new leads. In other words, the system will first try and send all the scheduled follow-ups based on your campaign's settings. Once it has done that, it will start the campaign for new leads - assuming there is still time left in the schedule and the daily sending limits (for the campaign and for the associated accounts) have not been met.

This helps ensure that the system follows your schedule and campaign settings as closely as possible.

To have some changes to contact more new leads faster, you can change it by following these steps.

  1. Go to your campaign options.

  2. Scroll down and click 'Show advanced options.'

  3. On Max new leads section, check 'Prioritize new leads'

  4. Click Save.

If you want to specify the number of new leads you want the campaign to contact per day, you can enter the limit for Max new leads.

Let's say you had 1000 leads to start with - if you set "Max new leads" to 100, it will only start step 1 of the sequence for 100 new leads per day. This setting is only a limit capacity, not a definite limit.

To stop reaching out to any new leads, you will have to type "-1" inside the "Max new leads" section.
