Email Outreach Plans
This is the core plan for running cold email campaigns in Instantly. It allows you to connect and warm up unlimited email accounts and launch campaigns.
To choose the right Email Outreach plan, consider the monthly email volume needed and the number of contacts to upload across all campaigns. Learn about the plan comparison to choose the best option for your needs.
Free trial: 250 uploaded contacts + 1,000 emails
Growth plan($47/month): 1,000 uploaded contacts + 5,000 emails monthly
Hyper Growth plan($97/month): 25,000 uploaded contacts + 125,000 emails monthly
Light Speed plan($358/month): 100,000 uploaded contacts + 500,000 emails monthly
Add-on($87/month): Extra 25,000 uploaded contacts + 125,000 emails monthly (available for Hyper Growth or Light Speed plans)
Important: The uploaded contact limit is a fixed limit across all campaigns, not per month.

With the Instantly Credits plan, you can access:

Free trial: 100 trial credits
Nano credits: $9/month for 150 credits
Growth credits: Starts from $47/month for 1,500 credits
Supersonic credits: Starts from $97/month for 5,000 credits
Hyper credits: Starts from $197/month for 10,000 credits
Each Instantly Credits Add-on(available for Hyper credits and above): $425/month for 50,000 credits
To view your current balance:
Go to the Billing page
Click the Instantly Credits tab
Review your credit balance(Remaining credits/Total credits allocation)
Example: "366 / 1,500 credits" means you're on the Growth Credits monthly plan (1,500 credits allocation) with 366 credits remaining.
Important: If you only have the Instantly Credits plan without an Email Outreach plan, you're limited to uploading 250 leads to campaigns.
CRM
The CRM helps you manage emails, calls, SMS, tasks, and LinkedIn connections within a single platform.
You can track different stages of lead statuses and custom flows based on specific conditions, improving the targeting and efficiency of sales campaigns. Learn more details here.

Website Visitors
This plan allows you to track visitors from US-based traffic, including business email addresses, job titles, pages they've visited on your website, and more. You can import visitors directly into your campaigns or lists.
1 Credit = 1 Resolved Visitor Profile (A profile where we find a business email and/or a LinkedIn profile). Credits are only consumed when an email or LinkedIn profile is found for visitors. Learn more details here.

Inbox Placement
This feature evaluates whether sent emails are more likely to land in the inbox or spam folder across different providers, examines your email copy for spam triggers, inspects authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and monitors your IPs and domains against 94 blacklists. Domains & Email Accounts
You can purchase domains and email accounts from Instantly if you don't have existing ones.
Pre-warmed accounts: Purchase already warmed-up email accounts with an established sender reputation so you can start sending campaigns on day 1
DFY Google Accounts: Purchase new domains with Google Workspace accounts.
DFY Airmail Accounts: Purchase high-volume sending accounts powered by Airmail (Instantly's native email-sending infrastructure for cold outreach)
Pricing:
Each domain: $15 per year
Each Pre-warmed Google email account: $10 per month
Each Done-For-You Google email account: $5 per month
Each Done-For-You Airmail email account: $4 per month
You can manage domains and email accounts purchased from Instantly in the Email Accounts & Domains section.
Get Password: Download login credentials for your DFY (Done-For-You) or Pre-warmed Google email accounts
Domain Forwarding: Manage forwarding settings to redirect leads to your primary domain
Check Purchase Date: View when each DFY domain and email account was purchased. Pre-warmed domains will show the registration date since they are existing domains
Check Status: Click the domain to check the current status of your email accounts (Active/Canceled)
Cancellation: Click the domain to cancel email accounts as needed
Important: DFY/Pre-warmed subscriptions only provide domains and email accounts. Without the Email Outreach plan, your DFY/Pre-warmed accounts will be paused automatically after the trial period.
