Q: Do you offer custom pricing?
A: Our custom pricing is available above the HyperGrowth plan, and there are no plans between Growth and HyperGrowth plan.
Q: How can I increase my limits if I am on HyperGrowth/LightSpeed plan?
A: Users can also buy add-ons if they're already on the HyperGrowth or Light Speed plan and would like to send a higher volume. The pricing is +$87/mo for an extra add-on of +25k uploaded contacts. You can stack as many of these as you want, and you can make this upgrade from your billing page.
Q: I want to use your platform only to warmup my email addresses, do you have plan only for warmup?
A: There is no warmup-only plan, the warmup service is offered as part of all our paid plans.
Q: Are leads limit being reseted every month?
A: The uploaded leads limit counts any contact that you have uploaded to Instantly and that is in a campaign (active or paused). These do not work like credits, and do not reset every month - so if you need more space, you can upgrade your account or delete old campaigns and leads.
