Opportunities in Campaign Analytics

Updated in the last 15 minutes

The Opportunities in analytics allow you to track positive replies and track the revenue your campaigns are generating. Watch the detailed information about the opportunities feature HERE.

Leads with any of the following statuses are counted as opportunities:

Important: Opportunities in campaign analytics include all historical data for leads that were ever marked as positive, even if their status was later changed to negative or the lead was deleted from the campaign.

Setting Default Opportunity Value

You can set a default opportunity value in the Preferences setting. Whenever a lead is updated to any positive status, that value is automatically added to your Opportunities count.

To calculate your lead value, use this sheet β€” enter your ticket size (Lifetime Value) and an approximate conversion rate, and it will calculate the monetary value for you.

Updating Opportunity Value

There are three levels at which you can update opportunity values:

Workspace level

The above default opportunity value applies to all campaigns in the workspace. Note that this only takes effect for new campaigns or new leads who reply β€” it will not retroactively update previously created opportunities.

Campaign level

If you update the value directly in a campaign's Analytics section, any new leads who reply in that campaign will use the campaign-specific opportunity value instead of the workspace default opportunity value.

  • Go to the Analytics of the campaign

  • Click on the information icon to update

Individual lead level

To update the value for a specific lead or a previously created opportunity, you'll need to change it manually in the CRM.

  • Go the CRM -> Opportunities section

  • Locate the opportunity you want to update

  • Click on it to open the detailed opportunity page (you'll be prompted to upgrade if you don't have an active CRM plan)

  • From there, you can edit the value field in the Opportunities section.

  • The opportunity value for this lead will update both in the CRM and campaign analytics.
