The Delivery Optimization feature strips all HTML formatting from your email copy and sends it as plain text. This can improve deliverability since HTML emails are more likely to trigger spam filters than plain-text messages.
Why Send Text-Only Emails?
Better deliverability. Spam filters are more likely to flag HTML emails. Plain-text emails have a higher chance of reaching the inbox.
Broader compatibility. Some email clients, browsers, and devices can't render HTML or load images. Plain-text emails display reliably across all platforms. Some recipients also block HTML emails for security and privacy reasons.

Note: Delivery Optimization also disables open tracking.
Once enabled, images will be removed from your emails, and HTML links will be converted to plain URLs displayed next to the linked text.
