Pre-Warmed Accounts

Pre-warmed, deliverability-optimized email accounts

Updated this week

New email accounts require weeks to optimize your email sending. With Pre-warmed Email Accounts, the warmup is already complete, allowing you to launch campaigns on day one.

Pre-Warmed Accounts allow you to skip the complicated and lengthy email setup and start sending outreach campaigns in minutes. These accounts are pre-configured with DNS records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and already warmed up, ensuring emails land in the primary inbox from day one.

How to Use Pre-Warmed Accounts in Instantly

Here’s how to set up and start using Pre-Warmed Email Accounts for your campaigns.

  1. Navigate to the Email Accounts Tab

  2. Click "Add New"

  3. Select "Pre-Warmed Accounts"

  4. Search for the domain name you'd like to use, e.g. "sales", "growth", "leads"...

  5. Select the ones you like and click "Next". You cannot change names or domains for pre-warmed accounts.

  6. If you want to forward the sending domains to your main domain, make sure you complete this step. Add your primary domain in the "Forwarding Domain" field:

  7. Check if everything looks good and place the order. The pre-warmed accounts can be used immediately, but if you are forwarding the domain, setting up the forwarding may take some time.

  8. Your Pre-warmed email accounts subscription will automatically renew on the 15th of each month.

The accounts are warmed up, but the sending limits should be increased gradually, starting at 5/day per account, and capped at 20-25/day per account.

When purchasing pre-warmed accounts, please note that they are only available in batches of 5. This means partial orders, such as 4 accounts or fewer, are not allowed.

Pre-warmed account credentials
