We are thrilled to introduce a new feature that will save you countless hours on your campaign setup.
If you've ever run campaigns at scale, you know that buying new domains, setting up inboxes, and configuring DNS records can be a massive headache. That's why we've streamlined this entire process into just a few simple clicks. In this article, we'll guide you through using this new feature.

Log into your account.
Head over to our website and log into your account. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand side of your dashboard and click on Email Accounts.
Add a new Email Account.
Click on the Add New button. Here, you'll see the new 'Done-for-You Email Setup' option and click it.
Enter your domain.
Type in the domain name for which you want to create secondary domains. We currently only supports com, co and org TLDs as these provide optimal email performance. Other TLDs such as .io or .ai are not supported at this time.
After entering the domain, our system will suggest subdomains for you. If you don't like the initial suggestions, you can click Search More for additional options.
Select Secondary domains.
Choose from the suggested domains. You can select as many or as few as you like. Our goal is to provide you with strong, high-quality domains.
Set Forwarding Domain.
After selecting your domains, click Next. Enter the main domain to which you want your domains to forward. Setting up the domain forwarding will redirect visitors from the new secondary domains to your main domain.
Customize email addresses.
Type in the desired name for your email address. Our system will generate emails based on the name provided. If you don't like the generated names, you can easily delete them and type in new ones before clicking Add.
Select number of inboxes.
We recommend creating 3 inboxes per domain. For example, if you select five domains, you will get 15 inboxes. At the bottom of the page, you can see your monthly and annual prices based on the number of domains and inboxes you've selected.
Place your order.
Once satisfied with your selections, click Place Order. Follow the payment process to complete your order.
Setup and Propagation.
After payment, it takes 24 to 72 hours for us to set up everything and for the DNS records to propagate. You can monitor the setup progress under the Emails tab on your dashboard.

Here are the simple ways to do it.
Navigate to the Email Accounts & Domains tab.
Click Get passwords and an email with credentials will be sent to the workspace owner.
It's not recommended to change the default password since we won't be able to reconnect your email accounts in case of any disconnects.

Please note that Instantly DFY email accounts are exclusively configured for use within the Instantly platform. This ensures that we can maintain the correct setup and provide ongoing support. We currently retain domain ownership and administrator access for any purchases and are unable to transfer them over.
