If you've ever run campaigns at scale, you know that buying new domains, setting up inboxes, and configuring DNS records can be a massive headache. That's why we've streamlined this entire process into just a few simple clicks. In this article, we'll guide you through using this new feature.
How to purchase Done-for-you domains and accounts

Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click on the Add New button and then choose the 'Done-for-You Email Setup' option.
Enter your domain.
Type in the domain name for which you want to create secondary domains.
We currently only support .com and .org TLDs as these provide optimal email performance.
Other TLDs such as .io or .ai are not supported at this time.
Select Secondary domains.
After entering the domain, our system will suggest secondary domains for you.
You can select as many or as few as you like and click Next. Our goal is to provide you with strong, high-quality domains.
If you don't like the initial suggestions, you can click Search More for additional options.
Set Forwarding Domain.
Enter the main domain to which you want your domains to forward. Setting up the domain forwarding will redirect visitors from the new secondary domains to your main domain. This field is not mandatory.
Customize email addresses.
Type in the desired name for your email address in the Email field. Our system will generate emails based on the name provided. If you don't like the generated names, you can easily click the 'Trash' icon to delete them and type in new ones before clicking Add.
Select the number of inboxes.
The maximum number of allowed email accounts per DFY domain is 5. For example, if you select five domains, you can purchase up to 25 inboxes. At the bottom of the page, you can see your monthly and annual prices based on the number of domains and inboxes you've selected.
Place your order.
Once satisfied with your selections, click Place Order. Follow the payment process to complete your order.
Setup and Propagation.
After payment, it takes 24 to 72 business hours for us to set up everything and for the DNS records to propagate. You can monitor the setup progress under the Emails tab on your dashboard, and the warmup will be enabled automatically after the setup is complete.
This feature is designed to make your life significantly easier, eliminating the complexity and time involved in setting up email campaigns. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Please note that Instantly DFY email accounts are exclusively configured for use within the Instantly platform. This ensures that we can maintain the correct setup and provide ongoing support. We currently retain domain ownership and administrator access for any purchases and are unable to transfer them over.

DFY billing
The domain is registered for 1 year. If you canceled all DFY email accounts connected to the domain and no new DFY email accounts are added to it before renewal -> domain will expire automatically, and you won't be charged again.
Your DFY email accounts subscription will automatically renew on the 15th of each month.
To cancel the DFY domains and accounts, please follow the steps below:
Go to the billing page
Navigate to the Email Accounts & Domains tab.
Click on the domain to cancel one of the email accounts or all email accounts.
If you canceled all DFY email accounts connected to the domain and no new DFY email accounts are added to it before renewal, the domain will expire automatically, and you won't be charged again.
To reactivate canceled DFY email accounts, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click on the Add New button and then choose the 'Done-for-You Email Setup' option.
Navigate to the 'Existing Domains' section, which displays all your DFY domains.
Click on the DFY domain to repurchase email accounts before the DFY domain expires.
DFY account credentials
You can download DFY account credentials from the Billing section. Here are the steps:
Go to the billing page
Navigate to the Email Accounts & Domains tab.
Click Get passwords, and an email with credentials will be sent to the workspace owner.
It's not recommended to change the default password since we won't be able to reconnect your email accounts in case of any disconnects.
Update the forwarding domain
You can add or update the forwarding domain even after your accounts have been created. Here are the steps:
Go to the billing page
Navigate to the Email Accounts and Domains tab
Select the domain to update the forwarding domain
