If you've ever run campaigns at scale, you know that buying new domains, setting up inboxes, and configuring DNS records can be a massive headache. That's why we've streamlined this entire process into just a few simple clicks. In this article, we'll guide you through using this new feature 🚀
How to Use the Done-for-you Email Setup Feature
Log into Your Account
Head over to our website and log into your account. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand side of your dashboard and click on "Email Accounts."
Add New Email Account
Click on the "Add New" button. Here, you'll see the new "Done-for-You Email Setup" option. Click on it to get started.
(An Outlook/ Office 365 option of the service will be added soon).
Enter Your Domain
Type in the domain for which you want to create subdomains. After entering the domain, our system will suggest subdomains for you. If you don't like the initial suggestions, click on "Search More" for additional options.
Select Subdomains
Choose from the suggested subdomains. You can select as many or as few as you like. Our goal is to provide you with strong, high-quality domains.
5. Set Forwarding Domain
After selecting your subdomains, click "Next." Enter the main domain to which you want your subdomains to forward. This ensures all your setup processes are aligned.
6. Customize Email Addresses
Type in the desired name for your email addresses. Our system will generate emails based on the name provided. If you don't like the generated names, you can easily delete them and type in new ones before clicking "Add."
7. Select Number of Inboxes
We recommend creating three inboxes per domain. For example, if you select five domains, you will get 15 inboxes. At the bottom of the page, you can see your monthly and annual prices based on the number of domains and inboxes you've selected.
8. Place Your Order
Once satisfied with your selections, click on "Place Order." Follow the payment process to complete your order.
9. Setup and Propagation
After payment, it takes 24 to 72 hours for us to set up everything and for the DNS records to propagate. You can monitor the setup progress under the "Emails" tab on your dashboard.
This feature is designed to make your life significantly easier, eliminating the complexity and time involved in setting up email campaigns. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
You can download Account credentials from the Billing section, "Email accounts & Domains" tab. Click on "Get passwords" and an email with credentials will be sent to the workspace owner.
