ESP Routing gives you complete control over which email service providers (ESPs) send to which recipient ESPs. This advanced option can help improve the deliverability of your sending accounts.
What You Can Do
Define send rules: Specify which sender ESP sends to which recipient ESPs (e.g., Google accounts only send to Google and Other recipients).
Block specific routes: Prevent emails from being sent between certain ESPs, such as blocking Other ESPs from sending to Microsoft. If you add a "Do Not Send" rule, ensure you also have at least one "Send" rule configured.
Combine multiple rules: Layer rules together to create routing strategies tailored to your campaign.
How to Set Up ESP Routing
Open the target campaign.
Go to Campaign Options β Advanced Options β Provider Matching β ESP Routing.
Choose a sender ESP (e.g., Google) and specify the recipient ESP (e.g., Others). You'll need to remove "All" from the dropdown as shown in the video above.
Ensure you have both sending accounts and leads from the selected ESPs.
