Provider Routing feature gives you complete control over your email sending rules. This advanced option can help improve the deliverability of your sending accounts.
You can select which ESP (Email Service Provider) sends emails to which recipient ESPs.
You can prevent emails from being sent between certain ESPs, such as blocking emails from Other ESPs to Microsoft. If you have a 'Do Not Send' ESP routing rule, ensure that you also have at least one 'Send' rule added.
You can also combine multiple rules to create precise email routing strategies for various providers.
You can follow the steps below to set up ESP routing rules:
Open the target campaign
Go to the Campaign Options tab.
Select Advanced Options -> Provider Matching -> ESP Routing.
Choose a sender ESP (e.g., Google) and specify the recipient's ESP (e.g., Others) - you need to remove "All" from the dropdown as shown in the video below.
Ensure you have sending accounts and leads from the selected ESP.
Scenario 1:
If the routing rule is set to Google->Send->Google and Others.
You have at least one Google account connected.
The system will contact leads with Google email addresses or others using Google accounts. However, Google accounts will not be used to contact any leads with Outlook email addresses.

Scenario 2:
If the routing rule is set to Google->Send->Google and Others.
However, you only have Outlook accounts connected.
The system will not contact any leads, as there are no sending accounts from Google.
