Billing & Usage Overview

Learn how to manage your Instantly billing

The Billing & Usage section allows you to manage your Instantly subscriptions, view billing details, and check payment methods.

  • Click the initial name avatar in the bottom left corner.

  • Click 'Settings'

  • Navigate to 'Billing & Usage'


Billing

This section displays your current subscription details, including renewal date and billing frequency. You can manage your subscriptions by upgrading, downgrading, or canceling plans, as well as comparing different plan options.

You'll see multiple tabs at the top of the billing page. Each tab represents a different subscription type.

  • Email Outreach: Connect and warm up unlimited email accounts, upload leads, and send campaign emails.

  • Instantly Credits: SuperSearch, lead enrichment, lead verification, Copilot, AI reply agent, AI sales agent, and Website Visitors.

  • CRM: Manage emails, calls, SMS, tasks, and LinkedIn connections within a single platform.

  • Inbox Placement: Test email deliverability and spam scores.

  • Done-For-You (DFY) Services: New domains and email accounts

  • Pre-Warmed Accounts: Pre-warmed domains and email accounts

Email Outreach plan

You can view your current uploaded contacts limit and usage on the billing page.

Example: 4,130 / 25,000 in the below example

  • Current number of contacts uploaded / Total uploaded contacts limit

  • You have uploaded 4,130 leads across all your campaigns

  • Your total uploaded contacts limit is 25,000 (Hyper Growth plan)

  • You have 20,870 contacts remaining before reaching your limit

Instantly Credits Plan

  • Go to the Billing page

  • Click the Instantly Credits tab

  • Review your credit balance(Remaining credits/Total credits allocation)

    • If the tab shows "366 out of 1,500 credits," you're on the Growth Credits monthly plan (1,500 credits allocation) with 366 credits remaining.

  • Click 'See Usage' to see your credits history

  • Click 'All history' to filter by different types

    • Credits used: Shows usage details like AI Reply Agent, AI Sales Agent, SuperSearch enrichment, and Verification

    • Credits added: Shows when credits were added to your account, including purchase date, expiration date, and credits amount

    • Credits expired: Shows unused credits that have expired.

      • Monthly plans: Credits expire 2 months after purchase if unused

      • Annual plans: Credits expire 1 year after purchase if unused


Payments & Invoices

This section allows you to manage payment methods and view billing history for your workspace.


Calls & SMS

If you're using Instantly's calling or texting features in the CRM, this section allows you to manage phone services.

  • Buy Numbers
    Purchase phone numbers to use for calls and SMS

  • My Numbers
    View and manage your list of registered phone numbers

  • Buy Phone Credit
    Purchase credits to fund your SMS and calling services

  • A2P 10DLC Registration
    Required for SMS compliance in the U.S. A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) is the mandatory standard for US carrier-sanctioned, high-volume business texting using local 10-digit phone numbers. Skipping this can result in blocked messages or penalties.


Email Accounts & Domains

You can purchase domains and email accounts from Instantly if you don't have existing ones.

  • Pre-warmed accounts: Purchase already warmed-up email accounts with an established sender reputation so you can start sending campaigns on day 1

  • DFY Google Accounts: Purchase new domains with Google Workspace accounts.

  • Instantly Airmail Accounts: Purchase high-volume sending accounts powered by Airmail (Instantly's native email-sending infrastructure for cold outreach)

Pricing:

  • Each domain: $15 per year

  • Each Pre-warmed Google email account: $10 per month

  • Each Done-For-You Google email account: $5 per month

  • Each Instantly Airmail email account: $4 per month

Manage domains and email accounts purchased from Instantly in the Email Accounts & Domains section.

  • Get Password: Download login credentials for your DFY (Done-For-You) or Pre-warmed Google email accounts

  • Domain Forwarding: Manage forwarding settings to redirect leads to your primary domain

  • Check Purchase Date: View when each DFY domain and email account was purchased. Pre-warmed domains will show the registration date since they are existing domains

  • Check Status: Click the domain to check the current status of your email accounts (Active/Canceled)

  • Cancellation: Click the domain to cancel email accounts as needed
