Where can I access invoices?

You can check the invoices by following these steps:

  1. Go to the billing page.

  2. Select Billing and Usage.

  3. Click Payment and Invoices.

To get invoices for Done-For-You or Pre-warmed domains and accounts, please contact our chat support for assistance.


Update billing details

To add the VAT number or update the company address, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the settings page. Navigate to the Billing and Usage-> Payment and Invoices section.

2. Click on Manage. On the next page, you will be able to get the option to update billing information.

Note: The changes will be applied to future invoices only. To update previous invoices, please reach out to our chat support.

Q: I am not able to add my company name to the invoice, what should I do?
