How to check invoices
You can check the invoices by following these steps:
Go to the billing page.
Select "Payment & Invoices"
Scroll down to locate the 'Invoices' section to view your invoices.
The 'Payment & Invoices' section will be visible only when you have an active plan.
Invoices for Done-For-You and pre-warmed email accounts will not be listed in the 'Payment & Invoices' section.
To get invoices for Done-For-You or pre-warmed domains and accounts, please contact our chat support for assistance.
How to update billing details
You can add or update the VAT number or company address for future invoices on the billing page. Here are the steps:
Go to the settings page.
Navigate to the Billing and Usage-> Payment and Invoices section.
Click on Manage.
On the next page, scroll down to locate the Billing information
Click 'Update information' to edit billing details
You will be able to edit Billing email, address, and Tax ID.
Note: The changes will be applied to future invoices only. To update previous invoices, please reach out to our chat support.
