Managing Invoices and Billing Details

This guide covers how to access your invoices and update billing details for tax and accounting purposes.

Viewing Your Invoices

You can check the invoices by following these steps:

  1. Go to the billing page.

  2. Select 'Payment & Invoices' tab

  3. Scroll to the Invoices section

  4. View all invoices with dates and amounts

  5. Download Invoices to see details:

    • Amount

    • Invoice number

    • Payment date and status

    • Download receipts

    • Payment method used

    • Plans

    • Billing period covered

Note: The "Payment & Invoices" section is only visible when you have an active paid plan. If you're on a free trial or expired subscription, this section won't appear.

Done-For-You (DFY) and Pre-warmed Account Invoices

DFY and pre-warmed email account invoices are not listed in the standard Payment & Invoices section, but are automatically sent to your email after payment.

  • Search your mailbox for emails with the subject line: "Your receipt from Instantly #" or emails from Stripe.com.

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don't see them in your main inbox.

  • If you're still unable to locate the invoices in your mailbox, please contact support for assistance.


Updating Billing Details

You can update billing details like company address, VAT number, and billing email. These changes apply to future invoices only.

  1. Navigate to the Billing and Usage tab

  2. Select 'Payment and Invoices' section

  3. Click 'Manage' button

  4. On the billing management page, scroll to "Billing information" section

  5. Click "Update information"

  6. Edit the following fields as needed:

    • Billing email(You can use different emails for login and billing)

    • Address

    • City

    • Postal code

    • Tax ID / VAT number

  7. Click 'Save' to apply changes

  8. Changes take effect immediately for future invoices

For past invoices with incorrect details: Please contact support for corrections.


Frequently Asked Questions

How to access invoices after plan cancellation/expiration

Once your trial or plan expires, you won't be able to access the dashboard to view or download invoices. However, each receipt is automatically sent to your email after payment is made.

To find your invoices:

  • Search your mailbox for emails with the subject line: "Your receipt from Instantly #" or emails from Stripe.com

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder if you don't see invoices in the inbox

If you're still unable to locate the invoices in your mailbox, please contact support for assistance.

Can't find the invoices in the Payment & Invoices section

Invoices for Done-For-You or Pre-warmed domains and email accounts won't appear in the Payment & Invoices section. These receipts are automatically sent to your email after payment.

You can search your mailbox for emails with the subject line: "Your receipt from Instantly #" or emails from Stripe.com. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don't see them in your main inbox.
