Managing Invoices and Billing Details

Learn how to access invoices and edit billing details

This guide covers how to access your invoices and update billing details for tax and accounting purposes.

Viewing Your Invoices

You can check the invoices by following these steps:

  • Go to the billing page.

  • Select 'Payment & Invoices' tab

  • Scroll to the Invoices section

  • View all invoices with dates and amounts(including invoices for DFY and Pre-warmed domains and accounts)

  • Download Invoices or receipts to see details:

    • Amount

    • Invoice number

    • Payment date and status

    • Download receipts

    • Payment method used

    • Plans

    • Billing period covered

In addition, receipts are automatically sent to your email after payment.

  • Search your mailbox for emails with the subject line: "Your receipt from Instantly #" or emails from Stripe.com.

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don't see them in your main inbox.


Managing Billing Details

You can update billing details like company address, VAT number, and billing email. These changes apply to future invoices only.

  • Navigate to the Billing and Usage tab

  • Select 'Payment and Invoices' section

  • Click 'Manage' button

  • On the billing management page, scroll to "Billing information" section

  • Click "Update information"

  • Edit the following fields as needed:

    • Billing email(You can use different emails for login and billing)

    • Address

    • City

    • Postal code

    • Tax ID / VAT number

  • Click 'Save' to apply changes

  • Changes take effect immediately for future invoices
