If you want to add an image in your email copy please follow these steps:

  1. Host your image on something like Google Photos (upload it there and use the share link) to get a perfectly trustable image host. Click on Share, and then Create link.

  2. Copy the shared link of the image from the Google photos.

  3. When you get the share link from Google Photos, paste it on this website to get an embed link that you can finally use in Instantly.

  4. Paste it under Google Photos, then copy the Direct Image link.

  5. In Instantly account, go to Campaign - Sequences and click on β€œ + β€œ button.

  6. Click on Insert Image.

  7. Insert the direct link.

  8. Hit Insert button.

Note: On step 7, directly pasting the image in your email copy could make your image broken. Please follow the above steps to get the embed link that you can finally use in instantly.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if I get the broken image?

A: If your image appears as broken after using a direct image link in your email copy, kindly host your image on something like Google Photos (upload it there and use the share link) to get a perfectly trustable image host. Then, use Labnol to insert the embed link to your sequence.
