You can add Loom videos to your email sequences. Here are the steps:
Go to Loom’s Share page.
Go to Embed and click on Copy Thumbnail code.
In Instantly account, go to the Sequences section of the campaign and click on the Code View button.
Insert the copied thumbnail code where you want it. The thumbnail code for your Loom video should look like this. Especially the second last line, which starts with "src". This is responsible for creating a thumbnail GIF in your email body.
You should now be able to preview and send that embedded video.
If the thumbnail of your Loom video appears broken after following the above steps, please ensure the two settings below are not enabled, as they will remove any images and send emails as text-only.
