You can import multiple sending accounts into Instantly at once using a CSV file. Watch the video guidance here.
Important: Outlook/Microsoft365 or Outlook accounts purchased through GoDaddy cannot be imported in bulk via CSV. These must be connected using the Microsoft oAuth connector.
Step 1: Create Your File
Make a copy of the sample file so you can edit it.
Delete the "Instructions" tab from your copy, then fill in the account details for each row.
Step 2: Fill Out the Required Fields
If your account uses a single password or app password, enter it in both the "IMAP Password" and "SMTP Password" fields.
Warmup Increment: Maximum allowed value is 4.
Warmup Enabled: Enter TRUE or FALSE.
Recommended daily limits: 30 for campaign emails and 10 for warmup emails.
Google accounts: Create an App Password for each account and use it as both the IMAP and SMTP password.
IMAP/SMTP host: Find the correct IMAP and SMTP host settings here.
Step 3: Upload to Instantly
Save your completed file in CSV format.
Go to Email Accounts → Add New → Connect existing accounts → Any Provider → Bulk Import from CSV.
Map the fields from your CSV to the corresponding Instantly fields, then click "Upload All"
