How to use bulk editor mode to change settings of your sending accounts

To change the settings or add tags for multiple accounts, you may select the accounts to use the bulk edit setting.

Bulk edit account settings

Here are the steps to bulk edit settings for sending accounts:

  1. Go to the Email Accounts dashboard.

  2. Tick the box to select specific accounts or all accounts you want to edit.

  3. In your top-right corner, click Bulk edit settings.

  4. The settings window will pop out.

  5. Once you are done with the changes, remember to click Save.

  6. Refresh the page to see updated settings.

Please ensure you specify all the settings you want to apply to the selected accounts.

  • If you leave any fields empty, except for Account Name and Custom Tracking Domain, the default values will be applied to all selected accounts.

  • The Account name and Custom Tracking Domain will remain the same unless you change the value manually.


Bulk tag accounts

You can easily add tags for your accounts by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Email Account dashboard

  2. Tick the box to select accounts

  3. Click the 'Tag accounts' icon in the top right corner


Bulk manage accounts

You can also bulk manage accounts by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Email Account dashboard

  2. Tick the box to select accounts

  3. Click on the three dots(…) in the top right corner

    • Unpause selected accounts: Email accounts will be automatically paused after the 14-day free trial or the Email Outreach plan expires. You can bulk unpause accounts to resume them.

    • Delete selected accounts: Bulk remove selected accounts from the dashboard.

    • Download CSV: Download the selected accounts as a CSV file.


Filter accounts

You can filter accounts by the available statuses or custom tags. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Email Account dashboard

  2. Click 'All statuses' to select statuses or tags

    • All statuses: Show all connected email accounts

    • Paused: Accounts that are paused due to the expiration of the free trial or the Email Outreach plan

    • Has errors: Inactive or disconnected accounts

    • No custom tracking domain: Accounts without a custom tracking domain

    • Pre-warmed accounts: Pre-warmed accounts purchased from Instantly

    • DFY accounts: Done-For-You accounts purchased from Instantly

    • Warmup active: Accounts with warmup enabled

    • Warmup paused: Accounts with warmup paused

    • Warmup has errors: Accounts with warmup disabled

    • Custom tags: Accounts associated with specific custom tags
