You can use sequence templates in the Campaign Sequence editor to easily craft your email message. There are two ways to do it: Instantly templates and Custom Templates.
Instantly Templates
There are templates for a few niches already, such as Marketing agencies, TikTok agencies, SEO agencies, etc. We are constantly working on creating more templates for our users. You can import any template, edit it to your liking, and use it in any of the steps.
To use Instantly-made templates, here are the steps:
In your Sequence Editor, click on the Templates button.
Select a category that fits your profile.
Click Use template
You can then make changes to the template and save the changes
Note: Each template comes with a subject line. Feel free to edit it to fit your needs.
Custom Templates
Besides the Instantly-made templates, you can create your own templates.
Here are the steps to create your templates:
Type the email and subject line.
Click Save --> Save as a template
Type the template name and click Add Template.
You will find it in your Templates view. You can copy, use, or delete it from here.
