The CRM --> Lists/Campaigns section is designed to give you a consolidated view of all your campaign leads and the flexibility to move them between lists and campaigns seamlessly.
You can filter leads by variable, lead status, lead owner, lead ESP, or advanced conditions in the CRM. Here are the steps:
Open a list or a campaign in the CRM
Click on the 'Filters' button. To filter leads by variables, please select 'Data fields'.
CRM Lists
Lists contain leads that are not currently part of any campaigns. Leads that are in lists do not count towards the Uploaded leads limit.
You have the freedom to create as many lists as you want. There's no cap on the number of leads you can import into these lists, but the file size limit that you can upload in one go is 20MB.

Add leads: Add leads to the list
Export: Export leads to Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, or Pipedrive.
Filter: Filter leads by lead statuses, lead owner, and conditions
View history: View credits usage, enrichment history, and timestamp
Delete list: Delete the list along with its associated leads
Edit list: Edit the list name and the list owner
Auto update: Auto update and enrich all new leads added to the list
2. Select leads: Tick the box to select leads.
Select first x results: Download, assign, delete, and move leads
Select all results: Download, assign, and move leads. To prevent leads from being mistakenly deleted, the delete option has been intentionally removed when you select all results.
3. Move: Select leads in the list to move them directly to your campaign or another list. Please note that only leads with a work email will be moved to the campaign.
Copy Leads: Enable the option to keep the original leads in the source lists.
Check for duplicates across All campaigns: Check the options to prevent uploading leads that already exist in another campaign. Uncheck the options if you wish to allow duplicate leads in different campaigns.
4. Row actions: You can also bulk manage selected leads.

CRM Campaigns
When you access the campaigns section, you'll see all the campaigns. If you want to view leads for a specific campaign, select it from the dropdown.

4. Move: Select leads in the list to move them directly to your subsequence, another campaign, or list. Enable the 'Copy leads' option to keep the original leads in the source campaign.
Send One-off emails to your leads
You can send one-off emails to a lead in the CRM.
Open a list or a campaign in the CRM
Select the leads that you want to send an email to.
Click on the Row Actions --> Send Email button.
Select the sending account and craft the email copy.
Once ready, click on "Send".
This feature is available for Hyper Growth plans or higher. It's not recommended to bulk send one-off emails, as all recipients' email addresses will be visible in the 'TO' field. To send emails to multiple leads in bulk, please create a campaign.
