How to bulk delete leads from your campaign

To remove multiple leads from your campaign, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Filter the leads by status. Learn how to apply advanced lead filters here.

  2. Click on the arrow, and choose Select all in the campaign

  3. Now that you have all leads selected, you can click on the Delete button on the right-hand side.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete the selected leads and click Delete

Important: Deleted leads can not be recovered. It's recommended to download these leads first before deleting them.

If you delete leads and then re-upload them to the same campaign (or move them back to the original campaign or list) within 24 hours, they will continue from where they left off.

For example, if a lead completes step 1 and you delete that lead but then re-upload it to the same campaign, the lead will start receiving step 2, as long as this is done within 24 hours.
