Delete leads directly from the campaign
To remove leads from a campaign, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the 'Leads' tab of a campaign
2. Filter leads by available options. Learn more details here.
3. Select individual or all leads to get the Delete button on the right-hand side.
4. Confirm that you want to delete the selected leads and click Delete.
Important: Deleted leads can not be recovered. It's recommended to download these leads first before deleting them.
Delete leads from the CRM
1. Delete leads in the list
Click the target list in the CRM-> Lists section
Select leads
Select first x results: Download, assign, delete, and move leads
Select all results: Download, assign, and move leads. To prevent leads from being mistakenly deleted, the delete option has been intentionally removed when you select all results
Once we select leads, we get the ‘Row actions’ button in the top right corner
Then click 'Delete selected' to delete leads
2. Download leads from the campaign in the CRM
Click the target campaign in the CRM-> Campaigns section
Select leads
Select this page: Download, assign, delete, and move leads
Select first x results: Download, assign, delete, and move leads
Select all results: Download, assign, and move leads. To prevent leads from being mistakenly deleted, the delete option has been intentionally removed when you select all results
Once we select leads, we get the ‘Row actions’ button in the top right corner
Then click 'Download selected leads'
Delete leads from Unibox
You can also delete a lead from Unibox by clicking the three dots(...) and selecting the "Delete lead /Add to Blocklist" option. Here are the steps:
Open the reply in Unibox
Click on the three dots(...) in the top right corner
Select "Delete lead/Add to Blocklist" from the dropdown menu. This option allows you to:
Delete all the leads with the same domain (from the same company)
Delete the lead from all campaigns
Add this lead to the blocklist. Please note that this option will also remove this reply.
