Deleting leads from the campaign frees up your uploaded contact limit. This guide covers all methods for bulk deleting leads from your campaign or list.
Deleted leads CANNOT be recovered. Always download leads before bulk deleting. This creates a backup in case you need to restore them later.
Method 1: Delete from Campaign
To remove leads from a campaign, please follow the steps below:
Open the target campaign
Go to the "Leads" tab
Filter leads when needed: Target specific segments before deleting to avoid removing wrong contacts. Learn more details here
Lead status: Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked, Completed, etc.
Lead owner: Filter by lead owner
Lead ESP: Filter by email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Lead ESG: Filter leads by SEGs(Secure Email Gateways)
Conditions: Advanced filtering based on campaign activity
Click the checkbox to select individual or all leads
The number of selected leads shows in the top bar. Verify the count before proceeding.
The "Delete" button appears after selecting leads
Method 2: Delete from CRM
Important: The "Delete all" option is intentionally disabled in the CRM when selecting all results to prevent accidental mass deletion.
Delete from Lists via CRM
Go to CRM
Click the "Lists" section
Select your target list
Find the list containing leads you want to download
Click the list name to open it
Click the checkbox to select first x results. Cannot bulk delete when "all results" selected
Once leads are selected, the "Row actions" button appears in the top-right corner
Click "Row actions" to open the actions menu
Click "Delete selected"
Delete from Campaign via CRM
Go to CRM
Click the "Campaigns" section
Select your target campaign
Find the campaign containing leads you want to download
Click the campaign name to open it
Click the checkbox to select first x results. Cannot bulk delete when "all results" selected
Once leads are selected, the "Row actions" button appears in the top-right corner
Click "Row actions" to open the actions menu
Click "Delete selected"
Method 3: Delete from Unibox
You can also delete a lead from Unibox by clicking the three dots(...) and selecting the "Delete lead /Add to Blocklist" option. Here are the steps:
Go to Unibox
Open the lead's conversation
Click three dots (...) in top-right corner
Select "Delete lead/Add to Blocklist" from dropdown
Choose deletion scope:
Delete all leads with the same domain (from the same company)
Delete the lead from all campaigns
Add to blocklist. Checking this option also removes the reply from Unibox
