Frequently Asked Questions

Can I recover deleted leads?

No. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If I delete a lead from one campaign, does it delete from all campaigns?

No. Deleting from a campaign only removes it from that specific campaign. The lead remains in other campaigns and CRM lists.

What happens to Unibox conversations when I delete leads?

If you manually delete a lead from a campaign, their replies remain in Unibox. Replies will only be removed from Unibox if you manually delete them there.

Why can't I delete when "Select all results" is checked?

This is a safety feature. Selecting all results with one click could accidentally delete all leads. You can delete all leads directly from the campaign, but not in the CRM.

Will deleted leads be automatically removed from blocklist?

No, deleting leads from campaigns won't automatically remove them from the blocklist.
