Sometimes you need to stop sending campaign emails to specific leads while preserving their data.
Method 1: Change Lead Status (Recommended)
Changing a lead's status is the quickest way to stop campaign emails while keeping the lead in your system. Any status other than the default "Lead" status stops the campaign sequence.
From campaign:
Open the target campaign
Go to the "Leads" tab
Use search to find specific lead
Click on the lead
Change status(anything except "Lead")
From Unibox:
Go to Unibox
Open the lead's conversation
Change status(anything except "Lead")
Method 2: Add to Blocklist
You can add leads to the blocklist to prevent further emails from being sent to them. Learn more details in this guide.
Go to Settings β Blocklist
Click "Blocklist" tab: The blocklist tab is checked both during the uploading of lead data and throughout ongoing campaigns. If leads already exist in the campaign within the workspace, we will also automatically prevent emails from being sent to them, even if they are subsequently added to the Blocklist tab.
Google Sheets: The Google Sheet blocklist is checked only when importing or uploading leads. Leads already in the campaign will not be skipped.
AI blocklist Triggers: Automatically add leads to your blocklist based on the lead status or if their reply contains certain text.
