In this article, we'll explain how to enable warmup for your accounts. Watch the full video about warm-up by clicking the link HERE.
To enable the warmup, you can follow the steps below:
Go to your Email Account tab.
Click the flame icon on the right side for each email account. Learn more about the warmup settings here.
You can also enable or pause warmup for multiple accounts in bulk.
Tick the box to select accounts
Click on the three dots(β¦) in the top right corner
Bulk enable or pause warmup for all selected accounts.
Once you enable the warmup for your accounts, warmup emails are scheduled at 12 AM UTC every day, since we need to run several tests before adding a new account to the warmup pool. If you enabled warmup recently, they will send warmup emails after the following 12 AM UTC.
Warmup status
To filter accounts by warmup statuses, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Email Account dashboard
Click 'All statuses' to select warmup statuses
You can verify the warmup status of your accounts by checking the flame icon.
Grey flame: Warmup is paused
Green flame: Warmup is active in the standard warmup pool
Blue flame: Warmup is active in the premium or private warmup pool
Orange flame: Warmup is active in the basic warmup pool
Red flame: Warmup is disabled. Learn how to reactivate warmup for your accounts.
Warmup analytics
You can check the warmup analytics to confirm whether the account has started sending and receiving warmup emails. Here are the steps:
Go to your Email Account tab.
Click on the email account
Check the warmup analytics for the past week in the pop-up window
