In this article, we'll explain how to enable and manage email warmup for your accounts.
How to Enable Warmup
For Individual Accounts:
Go to your Email Account tab.
Click the flame icon on the right side of the email account you want to warm up
Warmup will be enabled (customize warmup settings if needed)
Warmup emails are scheduled at 12:00 AM UTC each day. If you recently enabled warmup, warmup emails will begin sending after the next 12:00 AM UTC.
If you enable the 'Weekdays only' setting, warmup emails will be sent only Monday through Friday.
For Multiple Accounts (Bulk Enable):
You can also enable or pause warmup for multiple accounts in bulk.
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Select the accounts you want to enable warmup for (tick the checkbox next to each account)
Click the three dots (...) in the top right corner
Select "Bulk enable warmup" or "Bulk pause warmup"
How to Check Warmup Status
To filter accounts by warmup statuses, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click "All statuses" to filter by warmup status
Check the flame icon next to each account
Grey flame: Warmup is paused
Green flame: Warmup is active in the standard warmup pool
Blue flame: Warmup is active in the premium or private warmup pool
Orange flame: Warmup is active in the basic warmup pool
Red flame: Warmup is disabled(learn how to reactivate)
How to Check Warmup Analytics
You can verify that your account is sending and receiving warmup emails by checking warmup analytics.
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click on the email account you want to check
In the pop-up window, review the warmup analytics for the past week:
Warmup emails sent in the last 7 days
Warmup emails received in the last 7 days
Saved from spam: Warmup emails that initially went to spam but were successfully moved to the inbox by our algorithm.
You can also check the "Warmup Emails" column in the Email Accounts dashboard to see the total number of warmup emails sent in the past week.
