The Email Accounts dashboard allows you to connect and warm up your email accounts.
Free trial users can connect up to 2 email accounts. After the 14-day free trial expires, the accounts and warm-up will be paused automatically.
With an active Email Outreach plan, you can connect unlimited email accounts.
Connect email accounts
You can click 'Add new' to purchase new domains and accounts or connect your existing email accounts.
Pre-warmed accounts: This option allows you to purchase already warmed-up domains and email accounts from Instantly with essential DNS records configured, allowing you to start sending campaigns from day 1.
Done-For-You email setup: This option allows you to purchase new domains and email accounts from Instantly, and we will automate the DNS configuration. However, DFY accounts require a warm-up period of at least 2 weeks before you can start campaigns to improve deliverability.
Connect existing accounts: This option allows you to connect your existing email accounts from Google, Microsoft, or other providers. It's recommended to warm up your accounts for at least 2 weeks before launching your campaigns to improve deliverability.
Test domain setup
You can click the Test domain setup option to verify if your DNS records are set up properly. Learn how to set up the DNS records here.
MX Record: MX record is known for directing emails to you. Without an MX Record, you won't be able to receive replies.
SPF record: SPF record specifies authorized domains to send emails. It helps reduce spam and phishing attempts and improves your email deliverability.
DKIM record: DKIM adds a signature to emails, making them easier to trace and preventing spoofing.
DMARC record: DMARC authenticates emails, letting the world know they were sent from a legitimate source.
Enable warm-up
You can click on the flame icon to enable warmup for your accounts. It's recommended to warm up your accounts for at least 2 weeks before launching your campaign to improve deliverability.
Grey flame: Warmup is paused
Green flame: Warmup is active in the standard warmup pool
Blue flame: Warmup is active in the premium or private warmup pool
Orange flame: Warmup is active in the basic warmup pool
Red flame: Warmup is disabled. Learn how to reactivate warmup for your accounts.
Account analytics
You can check the number of campaign emails sent per day, the number of warmup emails sent, and the warmup health score for your accounts.
Emails sent column: Campaign emails sent from this account per day(Campaign emails sent today/Daily campaign limit).
Warmup emails column: Warmup emails sent in the last 7 days.
Health score column: Warmup health score reflects how many of your warmup emails land in the Inbox vs. Spam folder.
Filter accounts by statuses
You can use the 'All statuses' button to filter accounts.
All statuses: Show all connected email accounts
Paused: Accounts that are paused due to the expiration of the free trial or the Email Outreach plan
Has errors: Inactive or disconnected accounts
No custom tracking domain: Accounts without a custom tracking domain
Pre-warmed accounts: Pre-warmed accounts purchased from Instantly
DFY accounts: Done-For-You accounts purchased from Instantly
Warmup active: Accounts with warmup enabled
Warmup paused: Accounts with warmup paused
Warmup has errors: Accounts with warmup disabled
Custom tags: Accounts associated with specific custom tags
