Warmup settings

Updated this week

There are two types of warmup settings, and they are already pre-filled with the recommended values.

In this article, we'll introduce the warmup settings and explain how to change them for your accounts.

How to change warmup settings

You can easily check or change the warmup settings for your accounts by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Email Accounts tab and click on the email account you want to edit.

  2. Select Settings in the pop-up window.

  3. Scroll down to Warmup settings.

  4. It's recommended to keep the suggested warmup settings.

Here are the steps to bulk update warmup settings for your accounts:

  1. Go to the Email Accounts dashboard.

  2. Tick the box to select specific accounts or all accounts you want to edit.

  3. In your top-right corner, click Bulk edit settings.

  4. The settings window will pop out.

  5. Enter the warmup settings you wish to apply to all selected accounts. Remember to click Save.

  6. Refresh the page to see updated settings.

Basic warmup settings

  • Warmup filter tag: Use the default warmup filter tag or customize it to filter out warmup emails from your primary inbox. The "Generate random" button can be used to create a random tag. Changes take effect in the next sending cycle.

  • Increase by day: Once enabled, it starts sending 1 warmup email on the first day and then increases by 1 email per day until it reaches your set maximum limit by default.

  • Disable slow warmup: This feature is only for older email accounts that are already warmed up. Please don’t enable it for new accounts, as they should be warmed up slowly and gradually.

  • Daily warmup limit: Maximum number of warmup emails that this email account can send per day. Suggested 10 for newly created accounts.

  • Reply rate: The percentage of warmup emails that receive a reply.

Advanced warmup settings

Advanced warm-up settings are available for the Hyper Growth plan or above.

  • Weekdays only mode: Send warmup emails only on weekdays to create a more natural sending pattern. However, the accounts will continue to receive warmup emails during weekends.

  • Read Emulation: Take the time to scroll through your warmup emails to mimic human-like reading behavior. This helps create a more realistic interaction with your warmup emails.

  • Warm custom tracking domain: Include your custom tracking domain in your warmup emails to improve deliverability.

  • Open Rate: The percentage of sent warmup emails that you would like our algorithm to automatically open.

  • Spam Protection: This setting specifies the percentage of your sent warmup emails that should be moved from the spam folder to the main inbox.

  • Mark Important: This specifies the percentage of your sent warmup emails that should be marked as important.
