How to add a gif to your email body

Pasting the GIF directly into your email copy might cause it to appear broken.

If you want to add a GIF to your emails, simply follow these steps or watch the full detailed video here:

  1. Copy the shared link of the GIF from Google Photos, or copy the GIF shared link if you are getting it from Giphy.com

  2. When you get the share link from Google Photos, paste it on this website to get an embed link that you can finally use in Instantly.

  3. Paste it under Google Photos Link, then click Generate Embed Code

  4. Once generated, copy the Direct Image link.

  5. In Instantly account, go to the Sequences of the campaign and click on the " + " button.

  6. Click on Insert Image.

  7. Paste the Direct Image link and hit the Insert button.


If your GIF appears broken after following the above steps, please ensure the two settings below are not enabled, as they will remove images and send emails as text-only.
