To enable the warmup functionality, here are the steps.
Go to your Email Account tab.
Click on the flame icon on the right-hand side for each email account.
Or click on the email account to enable the warmup.
Note: If the flame icon is grey, it is not yet enabled. When you click it, it will turn green which means that it is enabled.
