Making calls
Open the opportunity you wish to call from the CRM Opportunities tab. If you don't have any opportunities, you can create an opportunity manually there.
Once you open the detailed page, click the "Call" icon in the top bar.
Choose an outgoing number you purchased from us and ensure the lead has a phone number in their contact details.
The last step is to click "Call".
Sending SMS
Open the opportunity you wish to contact from the CRM Opportunities tab. If you don't have any opportunities, you can create an opportunity manually there.
Click on the "SMS" icon in the top bar.
Choose an outgoing number you purchased from us and ensure the lead has a phone number in their contact details.
Compose your message and hit "Send".
