CRM: Making calls and sending SMS

Instantly CRM makes it easy to call and text right from the platform. This guide will show you how to use these features.

Now that you have a phone number and credit, it's very simple to contact your opportunities.


Making calls

  1. Open the opportunity you wish to contact, from the CRM Opportunities tab.

  2. Click on the "Call" tab.

  3. Select the outgoing and incoming phone numbers. The prospect you want to call should have a phone number already added to the contact details.

  4. The last step is to click "Call".

Sending SMS

  1. Open the opportunity you wish to contact, from the CRM Opportunities tab.

  2. Click on the "SMS" tab.

  3. Select the outgoing and incoming phone numbers. The prospect you want to message should have a phone number already added to the contact details.

  4. Compose your message and hit "Send".
