We are thrilled to introduce the Done-for-you service that will save you countless hours on your campaign setup.
The Done-For-You (DFY) service eliminates the complexity of setting up email infrastructure for campaigns. Instead of spending hours buying domains, configuring DNS, and setting up inboxes yourself, Instantly handles everything in just a few clicks.
Instantly DFY email accounts are exclusively configured for use within the Instantly platform. This ensures that we can maintain the correct setup and provide ongoing support.
We currently retain domain ownership and administrator access for any purchases and are unable to transfer them over.
Purchasing DFY Domains and Accounts
Step 1: Access DFY Setup
Go to Email Accounts dashboard
Click "Add or Buy Accounts" button
Select "DFY Google Accounts"
Step 2: Enter Your Primary Domain
Type your main business domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) to generate related secondary domains.
We currently only support .com, and .org TLDs as these provide optimal email performance. Other TLDs such as .io or .ai are not supported at this time.
You can also upload a CSV file to bulk upload domains and get suggested secondary domains. Please download the CSV template first to ensure your file is properly formatted.
Step 3: Select Secondary Domains
After entering the domain, our system suggests secondary domains based on your primary domain:
Review suggested options
Select domains you want to purchase
You can select one or more domains and click Next
Step 4: Set Forwarding Domain (Optional)
Redirects visitors from secondary domains to your main website. If your leads visit secondary domains, they'll be redirected to your main domain.
Enter your main domain in the "Forwarding Domain" field
Example: yourbusiness.com
The secondary domains will be redirected to your main website
Step 5: Customize Email Addresses
By default, Instantly generates 5 email addresses per domain using your account name. If you’d like to use different email addresses:
Click the Trash icon in the Actions column to remove a generated email address
Enter your preferred username (the part before the
@) in the Sender Email fieldEnter the Sender Name you want associated with the email account
Click Add to create the new email address
Step 6: Select Number of Inboxes
Inbox limits: Maximum 5 email accounts per DFY domain
At the bottom of the page, you can see your monthly and annual prices based on the number of domains and inboxes you've selected.
Domains (required): $15 per year
DFY Google email accounts: $5 per account per month
Step 7: Place Your Order
Verify domains chosen
Confirm email addresses
Check total inbox count
Review pricing
Click "Place Order" and follow the payment process to complete your order.

DFY Setup Timeline
DFY domains still in setup will display the 'Setup Pending' status. You can monitor the setup progress:
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Look for your new DFY accounts
Setup Pending status: Configuration is still in progress
The warmup will be enabled automatically after the setup is complete
Billing and Subscription
Domain Renewal
$15 per domain/year
DFY domains are registered for 1 year
Domains renew automatically every year as long as at least one email account on the domain remains active
DFY Google Email Account Renewal
$5 per account/month
Renewals are processed automatically on the 15th of each month, starting the month after your initial payment
Email accounts renew separately from the domain
Cancellation
Go to the Email Accounts & Domains tab
Click the domain to cancel email accounts
TOTP Code: Generates the rotating six-digit authenticator code. You can use it when logging directly into the Gmail mailbox if Google asks for an authenticator or 2FA code. The code refreshes every 30 seconds.
The domain remains valid for one year from the original purchase date. If all email accounts are canceled, the domain will automatically expire
After cancellation:
Cancellation for the DFY Google accounts takes effect immediately
Existing replies in Unibox will be deleted after the 24-hour grace period
Canceled DFY accounts will be automatically removed from the Email Accounts dashboard before the next renewal
Campaign and warmup will stop for the canceled DFY Google accounts
You'll lose access to the Gmail mailbox shortly
Email forwarding will stop working (if enabled)
Reactivate Canceled DFY Google Accounts
Go to Email Accounts dashboard
Click "Add or Buy Accounts"
Select "DFY Google Accounts option
Navigate to "Existing Domains" section
Click on the DFY domain to reactivate accounts before the domain expires (maximum of 5 accounts per DFY domain)
DFY Google Account Passwords
Important: We do not recommend changing the default password. If the email account becomes disconnected, we may be unable to reconnect it automatically.
To request the passwords for your DFY Google accounts:
Go to the Email Accounts & Domains tab
Click 'Get passwords'
A security token will be sent to the workspace owner for security reasons
After verification is complete, the password file is automatically downloaded to your browser's download folder
Once you get the password, you can log in to Gmail to customize your profile images and sender name as needed
Only the admin and owner roles have access to this section. If you're in the editor or VA role, please contact the workspace owner to request the account password.
DFY Domain Forwarding
You can add or update domain forwarding even after placing the order. Here are the steps:
Go to the Email Accounts & Domains tab
Select the domain you want to update by checking the box next to it
Add or update the forwarding domain
Domain forwarding only affects website visitors. It does not forward emails or change where email replies are delivered.
