"This app is blocked" error message usually indicates that oAuth has not been configured correctly for the workspace associated with that account. No worries! We're here to help you resolve it.
Here are the steps on how to fix the Google blocking app error:
Log in to your Google Workspace Admin console
Navigate to the Users tab and double-check that the users you are trying to connect to Instantly are listed in the Google Workspace.
Navigate to the Security section in the left menu.
Under the Security section, select Access and data control > API Controls.
In the API Controls panel, click MANAGE APP ACCESS
Make sure the Instantly oAuth Email v1 has been enabled on the Google Workspace.
If you have multiple org units, make sure the organizational unit to which your account belongs is selected and grant "Trusted" access.
You can click on View Details to check which organizational units are selected.
If OAuth is not enabled for the specific unit your account is in, you can click on Change access to add the organizational unit.
Once you confirm the above settings, please log in to your Instantly account from Incognito mode and try to add the Google account again.
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click Add New.
A pop-up will appear. Select Connect existing accounts and choose Google.
Select Option 1: oAuth
After you configure the Instantly oAuth, simply click Login to connect Google accounts from the same Google Workspace
If only your workspace admin account is visible here, click "Use another account" to log in to your other Google accounts.
