How to Add Leads from SuperSearch to Your Campaign

Find, enrich, and add qualified leads to your campaign directly from SuperSearch

Step 1: Access SuperSearch from Your Campaign

  • Go to the Leads section of your campaign

  • Click "Add Leads"

  • Select "SuperSearch"

You'll be redirected to SuperSearch to start building your lead list.

Step 2: Search for Leads

Choose how you want to find your ideal prospects:

  • Use AI Search: Type your ideal lead description (e.g. “Founders of SaaS companies in New York with 50–100 employees”) in the search bar, then click AI Search.

  • Manual Filters: Use the left-hand sidebar to filter by job title, industry, location, revenue, tech stack, keywords, and more.

    • Document icon: Save searches to easily apply the same filters

    • Skip already owned: Checks all the leads that were previously acquired by the workspace and excludes them from the search results

Step 3: Enrich Your Leads

Once search results appear, click "Find Email" (top right).

Choose Your Enrichment Type:

  • Work Email Only: Find verified work emails for your leads. Credit usage:

    • 1 credit: Verified email found by Instantly

    • 2+ credits: Verified email from data partners

  • Full Profile: Includes job title, LinkedIn URL, company description, headcount, and more.

  • Custom Flow: Finding work emails using your custom waterfall strategy, which supports FindyMail, LeadMagic, IcyPeas, Prospeo, Wiza, ContactOut, and BetterContact. You can reorder providers, switch steps on/off, and build your own waterfall sequence, giving you full control over cost, accuracy, and strategy.

Additional Enrichment Options:

  • Auto-Update Rows: You can also auto-update existing rows.

  • Only Enrich Leads with an Email(enabled by default): Enriches full profile only for leads with work emails. Prevents wasting credits on leads without emails.

  • Enable Evergreen: When enabled, it will automatically add new leads from SuperSearch to your list on a recurring schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). This ensures your list stays fresh with new prospects matching your criteria.

Step 4: Select Number of Leads

After configuring enrichment:

  • Click "Continue"

  • Pick how many leads to enrich (e.g., first 25).

  • Leads will be enriched and added to your Lead Lists

Step 5: Select Leads to Move

Choose which leads to add to your campaign:

  • Select first X results:

    • Pick a specific number (e.g., first 25)

    • Actions available: Download, assign, delete, move

  • Select all results:

    • Selects all enriched leads

    • Actions available: Download, assign, move

    • Delete option is disabled to prevent accidental deletion

Step 6: Move Leads to Your Campaign

After selecting leads, move them to your campaign: Only leads with a work email will be moved to the campaign.

  • Copy Leads:

    • Unchecked (default): Leads are moved (removed from source campaign)

    • Checked: Leads are copied (kept in both places)

  • Reset lead interest status(only when moving to campaign):

    • Checked (default): Interest status resets

    • Unchecked: Interest status preserved (Interested, Won, Lost, etc.). Campaign progression statuses like 'Completed' or 'Reply received' won't be preserved

    • Example: if a lead has 'Completed' and 'Interested' status, when moved to another campaign, the 'Interested' status will be preserved, but 'Completed' changes to 'Contacted'. This means completed leads become sendable again in the new campaign.

  • Check for duplicates across all campaigns:

    • Checked: Prevents moving leads that exist in other campaigns

    • Unchecked: Allows duplicates across campaigns

  • Enable Evergreen:

    • Automatically move new leads added to list on a recurring schedule(daily, weekly, or monthly)

Ensure you have sufficient uploaded contact limits before moving leads to the campaign.
