How to add leads to a campaign from SuperSearch?

To add leads to a campaign from SuperSearch, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Leads section of the campaign and click 'Add Leads'.

2. Select SuperSearch -> Instantly Credits are required to generate leads from SuperSearch

3. You'll be redirected to SuperSearch to start with a search. You can search for leads in two ways:

  • Use AI Search: Type your ideal lead description (e.g. “Founders of SaaS companies in New York with 50–100 employees”) in the search bar, then click AI Search.

  • Use Filters: On the left-hand side, you can filter manually by job title, industry, location, revenue, tech stack, keywords, and more.

    • Document icon: Save searches to easily apply the same filters

    • Skip already owned: Checks all the leads that were previously acquired by the workspace and excludes them from the search results

4. Once your search results appear:

  • Click Find Email (top right).

  • Choose what you want to enrich:

    • Work email only: Enrich the contacts by finding work emails using our default waterfall strategy. 1 credit for a verified email found by Instantly, 2+ credits for a verified email from one of our data partners.

    • Full profile: Includes job title, LinkedIn URL, company description, headcount, and more.

    • Custom Flow: We'll enrich the contacts by finding work emails using your custom waterfall strategy, which allows you to plug in your existing FindyMail, LeadMagic, IcyPeas, Prospeo, Wiza, and ContactOut accounts directly via API keys. You can reorder providers, switch steps on/off, and build your own waterfall sequence, giving you full control over cost, accuracy, and strategy.

    • Auto-Update Rows: You can also auto-update existing rows.

    • Only Enrich Leads with an Email: This is enabled by default to ensure only leads with work email will be enriched with profile so you don’t waste credits for leads without work emails.

    • Enable Evergreen: When enabled, it will automatically add new leads from SuperSearch to your list on a recurring schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). This ensures your list stays fresh with new prospects matching your criteria.

  • Click 'Continue'

  • Pick how many leads to enrich (e.g., first 25).

  • Leads will be added to the Lead lists

5. Select leads: Tick the box to select leads

  • Select first x results: Download, assign, delete, and move leads

  • Select all results: To prevent leads from being mistakenly deleted, the delete option has been intentionally removed when you select all results.

6. Move leads: Select leads in the list to move them directly to your campaign or another list. Please note that only leads with a work email will be moved to the campaign.

  • Copy Leads: Enable the option to keep the original leads in the source lists.

  • Reset lead interest status: Enable this option if you wish to reset the lead interest status when copying or moving leads. When disabled, the existing interest status will be preserved in the new campaign or list.

  • Check for duplicates across All campaigns: Check the options to prevent uploading leads that already exist in another campaign. Uncheck the options if you wish to allow duplicate leads in different campaigns.

  • Enable Evergreen: Enable this option to automatically move new leads in the list to the campaign on a recurring schedule(daily, weekly, or monthly).

  • Please ensure you have sufficient uploaded contact limits when moving leads to the campaign.
