Checklist before campaign launch

Make sure everything's ready to avoid any problems! 🎯

Updated yesterday

We understand that you want to do a full checklist before you launch the campaign.

Here are some settings to check before launching your campaign:

1. DNS records

Please ensure the MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC records are all set. You can click the Test domain setup option to verify if your DNS records are set up properly. Learn how to set up the DNS records here.

2. Warmup phase

Warm up your accounts for at least 2 weeks before launching the campaign to improve deliverability. Learn how to enable warmup here.

3. Enable custom tracking domain

A custom tracking domain acts as a proxy, isolating your sender reputation from others. It's highly recommended to enable custom tracking domain for your accounts when tracking opens or clicks. Learn more details here.

4. Add leads

You can upload your own leads to the campaign or use our SuperSearch tool to generate leads.

5. Sequences

Ensure that the campaign email is not empty, and save the emails.

6. Accounts To Use

Assign at least one sending account to use for the campaign. You can assign an unlimited number of email accounts to the campaign.

If you are using tags to assign accounts to the campaign, make sure there are sending accounts associated with this tag.

7. Campaign schedule

Customize the schedule for the campaign. The campaign will start sending when it's within the sending schedule.

9. Campaign options

Configure how each campaign behaves β€” from email sending rules to optimization, CRM ownership, and more. Learn the settings here.

To evaluate whether your emails are more likely to land in the inbox or spam folder across different providers, please try our inbox placement feature.
